DELIVERY INFORMATION

We deliver to almost all Melbourne suburbs and often further out. Please enter your postcode to view the courier fee that will be added onto your order.

Week Days:

For Am deliveries, orders must be received the day prior to delivery.  To ensure same day deliveries Melbourne metro orders must be received by 11am and locals by 2pm ( if you’re desperate for same day delivery after these times please give us a call we might be able to wangle something )

Weekends:

Saturday delivery is available to all  local and some outer areas an additional $1.00 charge will apply. We will contact you asap if your requested suburb is unavailable to deliver on Saturday.

We generally don’t deliver on a Sunday but please call us we may be able to arrange something,

Public holidays:

We are open Easter Saturday and Sunday but are closed all other public holidays. Easter Saturday deliveries are available (  see above for details )

Recipient not home:

Should the recipient be not home when the delivery is made, discretion is left to the driver to leave flowers in a safe and protected  place. This may include leaving with a neighbour, if so a calling card will be left in your mail box or under your door.

Incorrect address:

Should the incorrect delivery address be supplied, we will use all means available to find the correct address. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order. Re deliveries may incur an extra charge, and responsibility cannot be taken for goods left at the given incorrect address.

When flowers are being delivered to a business , school, hospital ect, we are required to follow the institutions delivery policies ie deliveries may be left at reception desks or delivery dock.

Hospitals/ Residential aged care:

Please supply

  • Full name of recipient
  • Ward name or Number
  • Hospital/Facility Name
  • Whether the recipient is a patient, resident or staff member
  • We recommend sending flowers and  gifts arranged in a container due to limited vases available
  • Most hospitals don't allow plants. Others don't allow Lilies
  • Some Hospitals don't allow flowers in intensive care or other special care units

Delivery to a Funeral

We treat funeral orders with the highest priority. In order to see the order is processed as smoothly as possible please supply the following information  in the address details or special instructions.

  • Full name of the late person
  • Name and address of the funeral home
  • Date and time of the Funeral

Flower arrangements

While every effort is made to match the arrangements pictured on our website to your order, this is not always possible due to seasonal factors and availability of materials and containers. Boxes, vases and containers may vary from time to time without notice. If we need to substitute flowers we will use blooms of equal or greater value to those shown. Therefore our pictures should be used as a guide only.
